  1. I use to crush garlic and add water on it, boil it at about 5 minutes, then I will be taking it 2 shut every money before eating food, I come to observe that I am loosing some weight

    • When you swallow garlic, it has little or no effect because garlic takes time to digest and the main active compound is only released when chewed or crushed. You can follow Amaka’s method (the comment above) of consuming garlic without having to battle the odour.
