This is probably the most important habit of all for maintaining a healthy body and fitness. As you may already know not all foods are created equal. Some foods we eat are actually harmful to our bodies but we keep consuming them because of habit or culture and tradition. It’s what we know to eat and so we do not bother to find out its consequences on our bodies.

Healthy people watch what they eat. They have come to understand through professional advice or personal research and information the right foods for their bodies to stay healthy and strong.

Habit #3: They Get Enough Sleep

This is another vital habit to staying healthy and fit. You may be wondering how fitness is connected to sleep. So apart from developing the habit of exercising every day, and eating a healthy diet, you need to get at least six hours of sleep on a daily basis to keep yourself in top shape both physically and mentally.
